Short Courses for Food Industry Workers
London Food Centre periodically runs short courses on subjects such as HACCP, Nutrition, Sensory Evaluation and other subjects.
Occasionally there are places available on industry-recognised courses (e.g. CIEH course in food safety) that are delivered as part of our undergraduate teaching. These opportunities become available at relatively short notice but are offered at extremely competitive rates.
