Short Courses for Food Industry Workers

London Food Centre periodically runs short courses on subjects such as HACCP, Nutrition, Sensory Evaluation and other subjects.

Occasionally there are places available on industry-recognised courses (e.g. CIEH course in food safety) that are delivered as part of our undergraduate teaching. These opportunities become available at relatively short notice but are offered at extremely competitive rates.

Please contact us if you wish to be kept informed of the courses being offered.

Bespoke Training

London Food Centre will organise bespoke training courses for companies with a specific need to train a group of their employees.

It is all very well bringing new knowledge or technology to a business, but unless the people in the business are properly trained the knowledge will soon be lost.
